Walking Lunges – 4 Sets x 10 Steps Each Way
Leg Extensions – 3 Sets x 10 Reps
Hamstring Curls – 3 Sets x 10 Reps
Seated Calf Raises – 5 Sets x 10 Reps
Abs: Accordion Crunches – 3 Sets x 20 Reps
