Live like a chic Parisian in this classic 3-bedroom apartment, located on the top floor of a 3-story (considered 4-story in U.S.) 17th century building with an intercom security system. Please Note: Use of an elevator and stairwell is necessary to access the home.
The luxurious abode spans approximately 110sqm (1184sqft). It includes classic elements of Paris architecture such exposed wood beams, sloped ceilings and a fireplace. For maximum lighting, the home features track lighting and skylights. Amenities for a comfortable stay include a private laundry washing machine/dryer, extra bedding (twin mattress & twin air mattress) and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel amenities, a dishwasher and long wooden countertops!

Bedroom 1 and bedroom 3 provide a queen bed. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed. Additionally, there are 3.5 bathrooms scattered throughout the house.
This home in Place des Vosges (in the 4th arrondissement) is quite near the trendy community of Le Marais, the Notre Dame Cathedral and Paris’s city hall, Hotel de Ville. Place des Vosges itself offers sprawling green gardens and charming 17th century buildings. All basic living facilities are within walking distance of the home. Other nearby attractions include Place de la Bastille (famous for its storming in 1789 marking the start of the French Revolution), Ile Saint Louis (a beautiful village-like island) and Musee Picasso (self-explanatory!).
