This 2-bedroom home is on 1st floor (considered ground in Europe) of a 3-story walk-up brownstone townhouse. Please Note that the living room is furnished as a bedroom, and bedroom 2 is furnished as a living room. A private garden is included.
Entrance to the home leads to a corridor that opens to the kitchen and bathroom. From the kitchen tenants can access bedroom 1 on the south-end, or the living room and bedroom 2 on the northern-end.
The living room, in which there are no windows, presents wall-to-wall carpeting and a double bed. Bedroom 1 faces the private garden and includes a double bed. Bedroom 2 is at the far-north corner of the home and can only be accessed through the living room. This space is decorated in vintage attire showcasing bay windows, wood molding and accessories and a stately decorative fireplace. There is a double sofa bed here for guest accommodation.
